The location was perfect! It was super easy to get to everything we wanted to explore, and the quiet atmosphere made for a good work environment. I really enjoyed the clean outdoor pool on the 7th floor; it was a nice way to unwind after a long day of meetings.
My experience fell short due to the apartment's overall cleanliness. There were stains on the curtains, dirty utensils, and I noticed scratches on the walls. Plus, the mattress was pretty worn out, and I could feel the springs digging into my back. For what I paid, it just wasn’t worth it.

Neat, modern units provided with balcony, great views plus lovely view. Great location - close to restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to a supermarket and convenience stores across the street. Also close to a train station...

We had a good stay at belise, enjoying the beautiful and clean accommodations. we requested a high floor and were thrilled to find ourselves on the top level with stunning views. the spacious apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, and we loved waking up to the gorgeous sunrise. plus, the free parking and proximity to shops and cafes made it all the more convenient.

Booked a room with incredible views of the valley. As for me, the location was absolutely perfect, adjacent to a supermarket, the bays and other local cafes. I found everything perfect, would recommend it to friends.

I was eager to visit St John's Cathedral, a stunning example of Gothic architecture that I've always wanted to see. I chose Belise for its proximity to this landmark, and I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive staff who went above and beyond to meet my needs. The location was perfect for enjoying Kings Street's vibrant dining scene, and my room offered a lovely view. It was nice to have a relaxing and quiet atmosphere after a day of exploration.
The room had a slight issue with cleanliness, as it wasn't up to my standards. There were remnants from previous guests, and the bathroom needed more attention.

The Location was good and breakfasts were reasonable.
Car Parking. We were advised on arrival that we had a car park available but on the second night we came back at about 9:30pm and there were no 'H' spaces available. We had to park the car on the street.

I had a rough start with check-in-had to wait two hours for someone to help. The room was outdated, and there were cleaning issues under the furniture. Not a great stay.

I recently stayed at Belise in Bowen Hills for an event at the Show grounds. The staff, from the managing director to the coffee barista at breakfast, were professional, diligent, and friendly. The pool and sauna were well maintained and functional. The location was great with a variety of restaurants and cocktail bars nearby. The apartment itself was spacious, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed. Maria at reception was fabulous and went out of her way to accommodate us. Thanks to her, we will definitely stay again.
Totally recommend this hotel.
